One of the thriving sectors in the marketing industry is the insurance group, tired of working as an instructor in a motor trade and waste skip hire firm I finally decided to quit my job and get into a more dynamic sector which had scope for growth. The best part of working with an insurance firm is the quick rise of position, in just three months i become an HR of the company and started recruiting agents under me who sold policies under me. I was totally responsible for the people working under me and that gave me a sense of power which i honestly enjoyed.I never treated them as my junior but at least the feel of people working under me was enough to imbibe in me that little feel of success which i never got working as an instructor. I am very happy with my present job and my boss is very satisfied with my work and soon I might get an increment again with rise in post.
