A woman named Apple is working with an insurance group of companies. They usually cater for car insurances or automobile insurances. Apple is the person in charge of giving all instruction to possible clients. Usually she instructs them to do a driving test first before they sell them insurance. Hmm tricky, right?! Haha. So if you failed the driving test, you wont be able to buy from their insurance group. In my opinion, they are just playing safe, oh well. One type of a driving test is to avoid colliding with a mini skip hire. The instruction is to drive at a certain speed and then from nowhere a mini skip hire will emerge. This will test your driving skills. How fast can you avoid these car accidents and collisions. How alert you are on the streets, and how you can drive assertively.

One day, as Apple was reading the instruction for a group of possible clients of their insurance group, a man complained. He said, accidents are sudden and often at times out of our control. Why on earth do they still need this driving test! Apple was startled and did not know how to react, she is just a messenger and merely following instruction from the higher management. She called her manager to explain. But when Steve, the manager arrived, the man already stormed out of the office. The man was so furious and very much disappointed at their service. He was cursing and even slammed the door on his way out.

Apple was saddened by this event and Steve was so embarrassed and humiliated. There are five more likely future clients left inside the office room, but they were astounded of what had just occurred. So, they would unlikely to sign up for the insurance policy. They all stood up slowly and one by one, they left.

That incident which took place became the origin of their companys' policy changes. The alpha and the birth of new company rules and regulations. New contracts and instructions. It was a blessing in disguise, a disaster that was over turned to success.
